Fees
**All assessments are charged at a flat rate to give you full financial transparency before you book**
POLICIES
Cancellation: Your appointment time has been reserved just for you. You must give 24 hours notice to avoid a late cancellation fee. Late cancellations of less than 24 hours before the appointment time, or no-shows, will be charged a fee of $250.
Late Pick-ups: All sessions require a prompt pick-up of your child at the end of the appointment. Please note that there is no childcare available onsite, and late picks-up negatively impact subsequent appointments of the day. Late pickups will incur an additional fee billed in 15-minute increments, billed at the hourly rate of $220/hour (15minutes = $55).
Psycho-educational Assessment $2750
Gifted Assessment $600-1100
Westmount Charter: $1100 ($600 testing, $500 report*)
GATE program: $1750 ($1100 for cognitive + academic testing, $650 report*)
* If the student is not found to meet the criteria for giftedness following testing, parents have the option to discontinue the assessment process and opt out of the report for a reduced fee
